Workforce Planning Specialist Role:
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce planning, with a proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Oversee key recruitment activities, including sourcing strategy, candidate screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Partner with key stakeholders to address hiring needs challenges and future workforce planning
- Develop and maintain forward looking talent pipelines to support workforce planning.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve effective hiring decision making.
- Maintain accurate records and optimise the use of our ATS (PageUp).
About You:
">- Previous experience in similar business partnering position.
- Demonstrated experience in market mapping for critical and hard-to-fill roles, and building talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter.
- A track record of developing creative sourcing strategies to attract hard-to-find talent.
- A customer focused mindset, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and work flexibly in a team environment.
