About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Consultant at Sportscraft, SABA & JAG David Jones Store.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.

About You
  • You have a passion for fashion and a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.
  • You are goal-oriented and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and are able to prioritize tasks and expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets.
  • Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication, and personal styling to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.
