The Role

We are seeking a Sales Assistant who is energetic, genuine, and customer-focused. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience
  • Gaining and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers
  • Processing sales and handling customer queries
  • Working collaboratively with the wider management and store team to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks, including visual merchandising and store presentation

  • Has customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry
  • Can provide excellent service and go above and beyond for customers
