About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and proactive professional to join our Transport Advisory team in Sydney. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of traffic engineering in the context of urban and regional transport systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on traffic engineering, land use/transport integration, approval processes, and management.
  • Support the delivery of strategic transport advisory projects and other national initiatives.
  • Provide technical and management support to the Transport Advisory team.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines and business units across the organisation.
  • Generate new work and profitable business performance through client relationship maintenance and development.
  • Nurture and develop individual staff members through coaching and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Traffic Engineering or Transport Planning.
  • Relevant experience gained in a consultancy environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop team members.
  • Proven track record of identifying and winning new business or building new clients and business in Sydney.
