Skillful Contract Management Role
Job Title:We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of construction projects by leveraging expertise in contract management, construction, and legal insights.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Project Managers on financial activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Review Bill of Quantities including agreed Value Management Items and set up project budgets accordingly.
- Implement and maintain effective financial tools and processes.
- Process financial tasks according to established protocols and standards.
- Bachelor of Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent degree.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the commercial construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating complex contracts with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in large-scale construction projects and ability to manage multiple priorities.
