Job Overview

We require a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Admin Officer to join our team in a part-time position. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing customer and supplier contracts, supporting tender submissions, and ensuring smooth contract delivery.

This is a fast-paced and varied position that involves working across multiple stakeholders—supporting project teams, driving contract performance, and maintaining documentation, compliance, and reporting.

  • Responsible for customer and vendor contract and subcontract management.
  • Manage claims, disputes, and variations according to contractual requirements.
  • Support tender submissions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as needed.
