Job Details:

A key position in our organization is available for a skilled Contract Administrator to manage daily operations and assist the Operations team as needed.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support for operational tasks, such as contract setup, amendments, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders on various service-related matters.
  • Maintain data accuracy, including passenger lists, route data, maps, and documents.
  • Prepare claims and reports, supporting documentation and tender submissions.
  • Communicate service disruptions, notifying clients of changes as required.
  • Generate timely and accurate contractual obligation reports and performance metrics.
  • Data management: Reconcile and ensure data integrity for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Staff and roster management: Support driver scheduling and training compliance.
  • Backup operations: Provide operational coverage as needed.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Office, Excel & CMS.
  • Ongoing attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of contractual conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
