Job Title: Package Sorter/Forklift Associate

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our parcel sorting and logistics team. As a Package Sorter/Forklift Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe loading, unloading, and sorting of parcels into designated areas for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine each parcel and allocate it to an appropriate area based on postcode, destination, and branch.
  • Load and unload parcels from pallets using manual handling procedures and operating a forklift safely.
  • Maintain accurate records of parcel processing and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet scheduling requirements and address any operational issues.
Requirements:
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adherence to WHS and safety regulations.
  • Excellent attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
