Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves maintaining stock in the warehouse, picking orders, and ensuring the warehouse is neat and clean at all times. The successful candidate will also be responsible for loading and unloading containers and delivery vehicles as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all stock in the warehouse and pick orders using safe manual handling procedures.
  • Work in a varied temperature-controlled environment and undertake all duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Plan, pick and cross check orders, employ correct stock rotation principles based on 'first in first out' rule.
  • Ensure the warehouse is neat, clean and in a 'ready to pick' state at all times.
  • Loading/unloading containers and delivery vehicles as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous forklift experience and valid license.
  • Experience picking orders preferably in the food service industry.
  • Understanding of company OH&S and food safety program (HACCP).
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Able to work in an active and fast-paced environment.
