Job Title: Multiplayer Gaming Server Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop efficient multiplayer gaming server solutions in C#/.NET.

  • Develop scalable multiplayer gaming server solutions using C# 10+, DotNet Standard 2, and DotNet 6+
  • Collaborate with Unity experts to debug and enhance Unity integration with the server
  • Work with hosting/infrastructure experts to design and maintain deployment and update solutions primarily using AWS cloud deployment
  • Assist PHP experts in developing API and reporting solutions to support multiplayer servers

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of experience working with C#/DotNet in a relevant multiplayer project
  • Proficiency in supporting technologies including socket connections (TCP and UDP), data compression, encryption, etc.
  • Experience working in a gaming environment, preferably having developed solutions in Unity
  • Experience with cloud hosting and deployment, primarily using AWS
  • Knowledge of source control, preferably GIT, and JIRA
  • Preferably knowledge of MySQL, Memcached, and Redis

  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in communicating ideas, solutions, and issues in a fast-paced team
  • Open-mindedness towards researching, using, and implementing new technologies
  • Good time estimation of effort
