Senior Multiplayer Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Multiplayer Developer to join our team.

About the Role:
  • This is a key position within our organization, responsible for developing efficient multiplayer gaming server solutions in C#/DotNet.
  • You will work closely with Unity experts to debug and enhance Unity integration with the server.
  • In conjunction with hosting/infrastructure experts, you will develop and maintain solutions to deploy and update the solutions, utilizing cloud deployment platforms such as AWS.
  • Collaborate with PHP experts in developing API and reporting solutions to support the multiplayer servers.
  • Possess knowledge of multiplayer concepts, including concurrency, locking, queues, and race conditions.
  • Utilize server technologies to improve efficiency, such as caching, queuing, and automation.
  • Assist in monitoring and debugging servers and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with c#/DotNet in a relevant multiplayer project.
  • Understand supporting technologies; socket connections (TCP and UDP), data compression, encryption, etc.
  • Experience working in a gaming environment, preferably with Unity.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting and deployment, preferably AWS.
  • Knowledge of source control (preferable GIT), JIRA.
