Procurement Specialist

The role involves overseeing the procurement of materials, goods and services to ensure value for money. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management and be able to effectively manage relationships with suppliers.

This is a key position within the organization and requires a high level of expertise in procurement processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement matters
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • 5+ years experience in procurement or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
