Job Opportunity

The Department of Justice and Community Safety seeks an experienced HR professional to provide expert advice and support to employees and managers on workplace matters, performance management, change management, workforce planning, health and safety, and culture.

About the Role

  • Provide expert HR advice to assigned client groups and stakeholders through a HR Business Partnership model
  • Assist, mentor, and coach managers in employee relation matters and identify options for the early resolution of workplace relations matters
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor on complex strategic and operational issues

About You

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a wealth of experience in delivering organisational development projects, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and providing advice on workplace matters, performance management, workplace change, employee development and industrial relations.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A qualification in human resources, organisational development, business and/or other relevant fields
  • Seasoned experience in the provision of HR services in a large complex organisation
