A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled supervisor to oversee the operational management of the Admissions Department. We are seeking an experienced individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in supervising front-line staff within a healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities will include coordinating timely patient care, overseeing the operational supervision of the Admissions Department, and ensuring the department meets its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements
  • Proven understanding of waitlist management within an admissions office setting.
  • Experience in supervising front-line clerical staff within a health service.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
