Job Title:

A talented admissions professional is required to assist in the day-to-day operations of the admissions process.

  • This full-time opportunity involves supporting the admissions function at a Sydney-based campus, working as part of a dedicated community that extends beyond the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the processing of admissions, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and student visa regulations.
  2. Provide technical support for the admissions function, including the use of various student management systems.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, both internal and external, to ensure a high-quality client-focused service.
  4. Manage competing priorities in an organised manner and within strict deadlines, while maintaining a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and demonstrated work experience OR significant work experience within the education industry or related area.
  • An understanding of the Australian tertiary education system and knowledge of the regulatory framework relating to international students.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and high level computer skills.
