Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our school community as Deputy Principal. In this pivotal role, you will work to improve educational outcomes for students, enhance the quality of teaching and learning, and foster positive relationships between students, teachers, the community, and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the school community to develop, articulate, and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Deputise for the Principal when required.
  • Uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.

Requirements:

  • A current Queensland Government employee with relevant work experience.
  • Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
