Aged Care Operations Manager

This is a key leadership position that requires a seasoned professional to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services.
Responsibilities- Provide effective leadership to multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management
- Drive continuous improvement across clinical care, resident wellbeing, and service delivery
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community
- A registered nurse with current registration
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation and quality standards
- Demonstrated experience in leading aged care operations, including workforce and financial management
- Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills
