About the Role:

This Cleaner and Trolley Collection Specialist position is perfect for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a close-knit team. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our store, including sweeping floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys, and emptying bins. You'll also be responsible for collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas, as well as assisting with waste processing routines.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner, ensuring a spotless store environment at all times
  • Collect and return trolleys to their designated areas, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver specific cleaning needs, promoting a seamless customer experience
  • Assist customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions, demonstrating excellent customer service skills

About You:

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, physical fitness, and the ability to comfortably handle physically demanding tasks. You should be able to stand for long periods, lift loads between 5-10kgs, and work across different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks. A good eye for cleanliness and small details is essential, as is your availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
