About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Support team, you will work closely with customers to build and run their applications on AWS.

You will be responsible for leading our customers to design, build, operate, and secure their cloud environments. This includes providing technical guidance, advocating for customers, and ensuring AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.

As a trusted advisor, you will develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges. You will use your technical acumen and customer obsession to drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build solutions and provide technical guidance to customers
  • Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs and technical challenges
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
  • Collaborate with AWS teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical engineering experience in cloud computing
  • Experience working with operational parameters and troubleshooting in cloud environments
  • Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
