Job Opportunity:

">Sodexo Grounds Maintenance Role

We are seeking individuals to join our Grounds Maintenance team in a FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) capacity.

As a Grounds Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Collecting and disposing of waste onsite
  • Sorting and collecting linen
  • General gardening tasks, including lawn mowing, weed control, and cleaning of outdoor areas
  • Cleaning of laundry facilities, gyms, and ablution blocks
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, such as BBQs and pool areas
  • Assisting with weekly stock rotations and truck unloading
  • Promoting overall site presentation and tidiness

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid WA Manual C Class Drivers License
  • Forklift certification

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Trade assistant experience
  • HR drivers license

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, as required
  • Capacity to endure remote environments with extreme temperatures

  • Ability to undergo pre-employment medicals, including drug and alcohol screening
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
