About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the general grounds, including hedge trimming, mowing, pruning, weeding, and spraying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the grounds are tidy and well-maintained at all times.
  • Clear pathways and perform routine maintenance on plant equipment.
  • Undertake any general requirements as advised by the Grounds and Maintenance Coordinator.
  • Display safe work practices at all times when working.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate II or III in Horticulture based qualification (desired but not essential).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Good knowledge of irrigation systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, lead where required, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A valid Western Australian driver's license (Class CA).
  • A current National Police Clearance (no older than 90 days).
