Lead Quality Specialist

The goal of this position is to take the lead in ensuring quality in various projects, collaborating closely with relevant teams and ensuring that all activities comply with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in quality-related activities for new product introductions, ensuring timely support on quality issues, notifications, concerns, and communications.
  • Guarantee that operations and activities are compliant with GMP and legislation as directed by Australian code of GMP and other equivalent international acts.
  • Collaborate with QA and QC teams to meet business needs and agreed targets through effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Proven knowledge of cGMP and Regulatory requirements for Australia, EMEA, and USA.
  • Strong expertise in Quality Systems and decision-making in a compliance environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science or related field.
  • Business degree or post-graduate degree an advantage.
