We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Leadership Position.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the centre's operations, including staff supervision, budget management, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to early childhood education and care.
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that support the holistic development of children.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, the local community, and other stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
  • Continuously improve centre operations and processes to enhance the quality of service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in a similar leadership role within the early childhood education sector.
  • A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and child development principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, families, and staff.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture.
  • Proficiency in using technology and data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
