Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to drive commercial outcomes and strategic partnerships in our services team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-agency operator who thrives on solving complex commercial problems and delivering results. As a founding member of our services team, you will lead negotiations with software and technology vendors on behalf of our customers, identify savings opportunities across SaaS, IT, and professional services spend, and run full-cycle sourcing engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts with software and technology vendors to secure cost-effective deals
  • Analyze customer spend to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for savings
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet customer needs
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer accounts and provide exceptional service
  • Report on cost savings and commercial outcomes, and support renewals and expansions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic technology sourcing, or commercial/vendor management
  • Proven track record of driving results in a technology procurement function
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
