About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide expert advice and recommendations to senior management, driving strategic procurement initiatives and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement processes aligned with organisational needs
  • Engage with key stakeholders to facilitate and promote procurement activities
  • Maintain high standards of procurement probity and integrity
  • Review spend reporting and market engagement opportunities to drive cost savings
  • Develop strong supplier relationships to support organisational objectives
  • Lead compliance activities for Modern Slavery

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications (Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field)
  • Minimum of 8 years in a procurement or supply chain role
  • High level of commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
  • Experience in business process improvement and change management
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Previous experience working across different cultures and maintaining key relationships
