\We are currently seeking an experienced Case Manager for Workers Compensation to lead the management, direction, and performance of our workers compensation function in NSW. This role involves developing and managing state-based activities, ensuring effective injury management strategies, and mitigating the impact of workplace injuries.
\The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outstanding return-to-work outcomes, reduce premium and claims costs, and align with our Safety Obsessed strategy.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Manage a portfolio of NSW workers compensation claims\
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager Workers Compensation and Injury Management to improve key performance indicators\
- Develop, implement, and maintain Accredited Return to Work and Injury Management Programs and procedures\
- Provide leadership and support across the region to reduce premium and claims costs and improve customer satisfaction\
- Ensure compliance with state legislation and guide business units and sites on workers compensation claims, strategies, and financial implications\
- Implement initiatives that support our Safety Obsessed strategy
