Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and manage a diverse range of workers compensation matters, from claims to litigation. You will provide expert legal advice to clients and collaborate with other team members and external parties to progress claims and resolve disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on their rights and options under workers compensation laws, ensuring they receive fair outcomes.
  • Managing multiple files efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met and delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaborating with other team members and external parties to progress claims and resolve disputes, leveraging effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrating empathy and providing clear, practical advice tailored to clients' individual situations, ensuring they receive fair outcomes.
Requirements
  • A valid NSW Practising Certificate.
  • 1-9 years of post-qualification experience in workers compensation law, with a sound understanding of NSW workers compensation legislation and relevant legal procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
