English Teacher

This role is seeking a highly skilled and experienced English teacher to deliver engaging and relevant lessons in English and Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS) to students from Kindergarten to Year 10.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Delivery: Develop and implement high-quality English and HASS lessons that promote student engagement and achievement.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum programs.
  • Student Support: Provide support and guidance to students, including those with diverse needs and abilities.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A holder of an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
  • An Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
  • Application for a WA Working with Children Check before commencing employment.
  • Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before commencing employment.
