About this Role
As a passionate and dedicated healthcare professional, you will provide quality clinical care to patients. You will develop and maintain patient care plans, coordinate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient management, conduct thorough assessments of patients, and coordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care that prioritizes patient safety and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain effective patient care plans that meet individual patient needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to inform treatment decisions.
  • Coordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA).
  • A current Sexual Health and Family Planning Australia Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health for Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years full-time post-graduate experience within the previous 5 years in a sexual and reproductive health nurse role or part-time equivalent.
  • Authorised Cervical Screening Test (CST) Provider; CST Credential and Certification of the Credentialed Course for the appropriate State/Territory (note: if a State or Territory does not offer Authorised CST, certification of the Well Women's Screening Certificate through Family planning Australia or equivalent is required for CST providers).
  • Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
