About the Role:

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Triage Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Nurse Triage team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical advice to callers across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage symptoms and provide recommendations to help callers make informed healthcare decisions
  • Provide general health information and refer callers to local service providers as needed

The role involves working from home in a safe and accessible environment, using our technology and systems to complement your strong clinical assessment skills.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current AHPRA registration with no limitations
  • Superior nursing assessment skills
  • Intermediate IT skills and ability to navigate software and multitask

You must also be available to work a variety of weekends and early mornings/evenings/nights on a fixed roster.
