
Corporate Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Corporate Coordinator.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team to support the coordination of corporate activities, including stakeholder engagement, research, and document management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings and engagements with stakeholders, including government departments, consultants, and industry bodies.
- Assist in preparing presentations and information packs for submissions, roundtables, and regulatory meetings.
- Monitor and maintain a live register of deadlines, permit timelines, approvals in progress, and compliance obligations.
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure proper version control and submission compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a company secretarial, executive assistant, or government liaison support role.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft formal emails, letters, and briefing notes.
- High attention to detail in managing deadlines, records, and document control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
