Job Title: Corporate Travel Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused travel professional to join our team. As a corporate travel coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their travel needs are met, and providing exceptional service.

Focussed on delivering people-led travel management, we train our professionals to be experts in managing their customers' total travel program. You will be working closely with clients to understand their travel requirements, negotiate rates, and provide strategic input to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Manage client travel programs, including booking, trip management, and post-trip finance and reporting
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers
  • Provide strategic input to drive business growth and profitability

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with travel industry software and systems
