Hospital Specialist Representative Role

As a key member of our established Hospital Specialist team, you will be responsible for managing your own territory within the Sydney region, engaging primarily with Cardiologists, Endocrinologists, and Nephrologists.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to exceed sales targets through unit growth and market share acquisition. You will identify and effectively target key customers, achieve standard technical & professional knowledge, and work effectively in a territory team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed sales targets for promoted products
  • Identify and effectively target key customers
  • Achieve standard of infield days per annum
  • Co-ordinate and manage functions designed to add value to customers
  • Actively support GP Representatives by preparing and planning for GP educations sessions

Requirements:

  • Min 2yrs experience in pharma sales role (Primary care or Specialty care)
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • High level of technical and professional skill in work-related areas
  • Strong influencing and negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Confident and effective customer networking skills in the hospital environment
