Job Overview

We are seeking an Event Logistics Coordinator with experience in managing large teams in fast-paced event environments.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the success of our events and hospitality operations.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our events and hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and assist a team of logistics staff with on-the-job training and development.
  • Proactively oversee and manage the event floor service flow and maintain performance standards.
  • Follow instructions from the Floor Manager daily for smooth business operations.
  • Continuously monitor the work of team members during shifts.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience within high-volume events spaces or convention centers.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, build productive working relationships, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and safely.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Forklift License or willingness to obtain one.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation preferred.
  • Flexible availability to work hours when events occur.
