As part of our retail crew, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our retail activation. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to provide professional assistance will make a significant difference in delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer queries and providing product information with ease.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by offering recommendations on available products.
  • Promote and up-sell retail merchandise to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a well-stocked shop and ensure excellent presentation standards are consistently met.
  • Support the team by contributing to other tasks and duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills – if you're a people person, we want you
  • Positive attitude, high motivation, and a willingness to support your colleagues to succeed.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role in retail (desired but not essential).
  • Experience using a Point of Sale/Cash register system (desired but not essential).
