Job Title

Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role
  • Develop a strong foundational administrative and commercial growth skillset to support business development.
  • Foster exceptional interpersonal relationships with key partners.

You will provide strategic support in guiding account direction and strategy for each client and project, including ensuring effective workflows are set up from creative direction through to delivery and review.

The key elements of this role include:

Administrative Support
  • Support daily operations of senior leaders and wider teams
Account Management
  • Assist in managing partner projects and deliverables across a partner lifecycle from initial discussions, contracting, budgeting, onboarding, briefing, handovers, reconciliation, project review, renewal, and account growth
New Business Development
  • Support senior leaders and account managers through the new business process

Key Responsibilities Include: Administrative Support, Client Management, Project Management, Team Collaboration

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational, admin, and time management skills
  • Able to adapt to changing work priorities
  • Proven desire to be challenged and learn beyond this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in business administration or account management
  • Relevant degree or equivalent
  • Experience with creating professional presentations and/or budget management
