LiveBig is a specialist allied health provider. We deliver therapy and assessments to people with disability—at home, in the community, and via telehealth. We work across four states and nationally.

We're looking for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to lead and mentor a passionate team in Brisbane.

What You'll Do

  • Guide and coach Behaviour Support Practitioners.
  • Review behaviour support plans and clinical reports.
  • Mentor your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure best practice.
  • Own your own caseload and deliver services in the community.
  • Work flexibly from home for admin and reporting tasks.

What You'll Bring
  • Based in Brisbane.
  • Advanced NDIS Commission registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Proven leadership experience—mentoring, supervising, and supporting others.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
  • Passion for working with people with disability.
  • Willingness to provide in-home and community-based services.
  • Full driver's licence and reliable transport.
