Residential Operations Manager

Opportunities abound for an accomplished leader to take charge of boarding houses, providing operational and administrative direction while ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for students.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the boarding house team, developing policies and procedures that promote student well-being and academic success, and collaborating with teachers and staff to integrate boarding and teaching programs seamlessly.
- Develop strategic plans to advance student development
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of safety and security
- Work collaboratively with teachers to support student learning and pastoral care
- Ensure effective communication with parents and guardians on matters related to student welfare
Requirements include relevant tertiary qualifications, understanding of regional Queensland education, enthusiasm for teamwork, and working rights for Australia or eligibility to gain them.
