Job Title: Operational Services Manager
We are seeking an experienced operational services manager to oversee the efficient utilisation of resources, staff training, and development in a 120-bed residential aged care facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource Optimisation: Develop and implement systems to allocate resources effectively, ensuring adherence to policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Staff Management: Coordinate recruitment, selection, and training programs to maintain high standards among staff.
- Contract Management: Monitor commercial contracts with contractors to ensure efficient services.
- Maintenance Coordination: Ensure routine maintenance and repairs are coordinated effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality activities, documentation, and reporting systems to facilitate accreditation.
- Financial Management: Manage financial aspects of service delivery, including cost centre management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Aged care criminal history clearance and/or NDIS card.
- Proof of vaccination against vaccine preventable diseases.
