About the Role

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Services

We're seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to work across our operations and provide specialist services in musculoskeletal disorders management. You'll report directly to the Clinical Nurse Lead and work closely with the Human Factors & Ergonomics team.

  • You'll be responsible for triaging and managing patient caseloads, ensuring early contact and review for musculoskeletal injuries using various consultation methods.
  • Clinical assessment of musculoskeletal disorders, development of treatment plans, and provision of Physiotherapy treatment and exercise rehabilitation programs.
  • You'll assist the Health & Safety team in developing and implementing education and coaching programs for personnel involved in injury management processes.
  • Conducting workplace assessments and providing recommendations to improve rehabilitation case management outcomes and timeframes.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy or equivalent experience.
  • Registration with the relevant professional body as a Physiotherapist.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in outpatient musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
  • Experience in exercise rehabilitation, Human Factors & Ergonomics, strength training, or Occupational Physiotherapy would be advantageous.
