We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Movement and Recovery Specialist to work across various operations and provide specialized services in the management of musculoskeletal disorders.

As a Movement and Recovery Specialist, you will report through to the Clinical Lead, with support from the Human Factors team. Your key responsibilities will involve:

• Triage and manage patient caseload according to clinical priorities and service needs while ensuring early contact and review for all musculoskeletal injuries utilizing a variety of methods (phone, telehealth, face-to-face) consultations.
• Clinical assessment of musculoskeletal disorders, development of treatment and management plans, and the provision of clinical rehabilitation programs.
• Assist the Health and Safety team with education and coaching of personnel involved within the injury management process to increase understanding of musculoskeletal injury assessment and management.
• Contribute musculoskeletal subject matter expertise to injury investigations and guide action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
• Conduct workplace assessments and provide recommendations to improve case management outcomes and timeframes.

• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Registration with the relevant professional body as a Physiotherapist.
• Demonstrated relevant clinical experience with a proven track record in outpatient musculoskeletal care. Experience in exercise rehabilitation, human factors, or occupational health would be highly regarded.
• Progression towards a postgraduate qualification would be well regarded.
