We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Lead Educator at C&K Arlington Drive Childcare Centre.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $30-$34 per hour, with salary sacrificing options available.

In addition, we offer a range of benefits including full-time or part-time work arrangements, employee assistance program, childcare discounts, parental leave, return-to-work support, and family-friendly priority access to C&K childcare centres.

We also provide fully funded certifications such as Blue Card, Police Check, First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.

Job Description

As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding children's learning and development, working collaboratively with your team to create a safe and engaging play-based learning environment.

You will have the opportunity to develop programs in collaboration with children, families and the community, and contribute to maintaining a warm and relaxed care environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
