C&K is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education to children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educator to join our Arlington Drive Childcare Centre team, providing a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to make a positive impact on the lives of our children and their families. You will be responsible for creating a play-based learning environment that fosters curiosity, capability, and confidence in our young learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of community and belonging.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment that promotes children's physical and emotional well-being.
  • Contribute to the development of our Centre's policies and procedures, ensuring they align with our commitment to child safety and quality care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
