The role of a Marketing and Administration Officer plays a pivotal part in the business development process. This position supports the Business Development Manager to grow the membership of companies and contract opportunities from clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Development Manager in identifying, planning, booking, and preparing internal and external business promotions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer on an ad hoc basis.
  • Clear grouped email mailboxes, process new membership enquiries, schedule meetings, issue and track documentation, and perform data entry and validation.
  • Some phone contact with members may be required, involving a polite and business-like approach.
  • Participate in regular operational and staff meetings and contribute to a collaborative environment within the office.

The ideal candidate must be based in Canberra and will work onsite at our Belconnen office. Australian Citizenship is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
