Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our digital marketing strategy across all performance marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop creative briefs for marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with our digital marketing strategy. Assist in the development and execution of promotional and ad-hoc digital marketing campaigns, working closely with our Digital Media agencies to maximize performance.
- Content Creation: Support the end-to-end execution of our digital content plan, in line with our marketing calendar and brand positioning. Assist in shoots for video marketing activity used on Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Reporting & Research: Conduct market research to identify platform trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Assist in the reporting of digital marketing campaigns to continuously improve performance, innovate, and drive results.
- Content Management: Manage written and image content provided to affiliate partners for all promotional activity.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce
- Basic understanding of website traffic metrics
- Basic understanding of trading an e-commerce website (omni-channel preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and general computer skills
