">We are seeking an experienced Transformational Health Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the implementation of strategies to establish the Statewide Patient Reported Measures (PRM) Program across defined clinical areas.
">Your primary responsibilities will include:
">- Providing project management support to clinical leaders and practitioners to change culture, implement innovative solutions, and ensure successful utilization of the IT solution.">
- Liaising with IT providers as required, developing and implementing resources and education materials for clinicians and consumers.">
- Maintaining consistency in implementation approach and clinical workflows across PRM Program service providers.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- An appropriate tertiary qualification in a health, disability or related discipline or equivalent experience.">
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, including working with health professionals, consumers, and community partners.">
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.">
Salary and Benefits
">The salary range for this position is $121,107 to $125,679, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
