Position Overview

The main objective of this position is to carry out Bush Regeneration tasks aimed at enhancing, rehabilitating, and preserving the natural resources of Wingecarribee Shire Council.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with environmental volunteers, organizing and overseeing volunteer activities on a weekly basis. This includes ensuring effective engagement, coordination of tasks and resources, and providing guidance to volunteers working on Council-managed land.

This role is aligned with the goals of the Environment and Climate Change Strategy as well as the Environment and Sustainability Branch Business Plan.

The individual will operate within established Standards, utilizing available resources while adhering to Council's policies and codes of conduct.
