**What you’ll love**:
Based at our Canning Vale site, you will be responsible for the day to day operation across several sites, whilst leading a team of operators to ensure the facilities are running in a safe, effective and productive manner.

Key responsibilities include:

- Plan and implement daily activities in conjunction with operations staff
- Scheduling yard staff and providing weekly rosters
- Assist in ensuring cost effective and safe recyclables processing services
- Assist Operations Manager to effectively manage sites and ensure KPIs are met
- Ensure repeat business and business growth is achieved through proactive leadership and customer responsiveness
- Maintain accurate daily records relating to production, processing rates and stock on hand
- Timely processing of invoices to customers
- Creation of purchase orders and coding of incoming invoices
- Oversee store and ensure consumables and spare parts are available as needed
- Liaison with internal/external stakeholders for maintenance requests planned and unplanned for fixed and mobile plant

***Who you are**:

- You have prior experience in a similar role, ideally gained from an operations style environment
- You’ve got strong communication, organisational and time management skills
- Have a strong attention to detail
- You’re a great communicator, with the ability to lead and engage people
- You’re adaptable and take ownership
- Are PC literate in MS Office
- A Forklift licence would be advantageous
