Ayan Infotech is seeking a highly skilled MarTech Technical Analyst to join their team in Melbourne, CBD. This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity.
The successful candidate will bridge the gap between marketing and technology teams, focusing on analyzing, implementing, and optimizing marketing technologies and systems to support marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand and document marketing or business team needs.
- Create detailed specifications for tech solutions.
- Participate in deployments and carry out Business Verification Test (BVT) or Production Validation Test (PVT) of marketing technologies.
- Measure and optimize performance with analytics tools.
- Educate business stakeholders on newly implemented features.
- Experience with SQL queries and Teradata to extract and analyze data for performance insights.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Data extraction and analysis experience with Teradata or any database.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms (e.g., Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive workshops, participate, and coordinate with multiple projects/teams simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
This contract will provide the opportunity to work in a large-scale enterprise IT environment with a highly experienced and competent global IT delivery team. Our client invests millions of dollars in their IT environment, allowing the contractor to work with the latest releases of technology.
