We are seeking skilled professionals to fill a critical role in workplace rehabilitation. As a contracted Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work collaboratively with clients to achieve return to health and work outcomes in a safe and timely manner.

About the Position:

This is an exciting contracting opportunity for experienced professionals to work on a varied caseload within the workers compensation scheme. You will have autonomy in your work, collaborating closely with a team of highly skilled contractors.

We require confident and professional individuals who possess excellent rapport building skills, ability to conduct assessments and case manage their clients effectively. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills, particularly in a remote setting.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Completing assessments, including worksite and functional capacity assessments
  • Return to work case management of clients
  • Liaising with key stakeholders
  • Working closely with our employment services division
  • Completion of high-level written reporting
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Occupational Therapy (with relevant registration & membership)
  • Previous occupational rehabilitation experience
  • Recent experience with QLD Workers Compensation cases
  • Ability to work independently
  • Positive and client-centred professional with great communication skills
